What is your pet policy?

Pets are subject to an application and a refundable pet security deposit of $200 per pet. There is a monthly pet fee as well, of $50 per dog and $30 per cat.

Pets are also subject to the following regulations:

  • All pets must be spayed or neutered at the appropriate age as recommended by a veterinarian.
  • Pets must wear proper identification at all times.
  • Pets must be current on all required vaccinations in accordance with veterinary and state regulations.
  • Pet medical history must be provided to management upon request.
  • Pets must be leashed at all times in designated areas as specified by management.
  • Pets must be house-trained. Tenants are responsible for cleaning up after pets at all times.
  • Any damage caused by pets, including deodorization and pest treatment, is the tenant’s responsibility.
How do I pay rent?

Rent can be paid either through Cash Pay or via the Tenant Portal.

How do I submit a maintenance request?

Maintenance requests can be submitted via email to Service@kmbmgt.com, or via phone call or text message to the rental office at 860-325-9991. After-hours maintenance emergency requests can be made by calling the office extension for maintenance emergency.

Do I need renters insurance?

Yes, we require renters insurance with a minimum of $100,000 liability coverage.

What is the application process?

Fill out and submit your application online. Once received, the property manager will call you to complete the application process.
